Real Estate Home Loans (REHL) was born from the idea that our clients deserved a better service, one that provided more than just a loan; it gives you a real education in borrowing money. On the second of March 2000 that idea became a reality when REHL opened for business in Ballarat.

From those humble beginnings REHL has grown to be one of the most respected finance organisations in Victoria. The Directors, Paul Ballinger, Leigh Cassidy and Joe Ballinger have been in the finance industry for many years; and have over 80 years combined experience.

The Business of Real Estate Home Loans extends to all types of finance and due to demand from our clients in 2004 we extended our offering to include a full range of lending including Commercial Loans, Business Loans as well as Vehicle and Equipment Finance. We have experienced people who specialise in their given field; there are no jacks of all trades, only dedicated professionals.

UBC Web Design has been operating successfully for the past 18 years, primarily in the Ballarat region, but in the last few years our quality and valued services have taken UBC Web Design right across the country into Western Australia and the Eastern States.

We have worked with large corporate companies such as Telstra and many small and medium based businesses as well as schools and community organisations.

UBC Web Design was until recently known as 'Universal Business Computers', but due to our huge success with delivering easy to use, quality and value for money websites, with all the Back Up Support needed and with over 20+ years experience, the core now of our business is in Web Site Development.
